ROLE:

Lead in managing multiple complex projects from initiation through delivery by focusing on changes that affect people and processes. The ideal candidate will have strong Change and Project Management experience.

• Collaborate with leaders to ensure alignment on multiple high priority initiatives

• Collaborate with all business lines to align on scope, impact and deliverables associated with change.

• Provides reporting that ensures business lines are aware of and ready for change.

• Provides detailed information to leadership to ensure risks/issues are surfaced and mitigated. Provide weekly status update and monthly steering updates.

• Works under minimal supervision

 

MUST have Project Management and Change Management experience and prefer 1-2 years in financial services industry.
