Reliability Bonus
EmployBridge is pleased to begin offering a Reliability Bonus (replacing the Vacation bonus- all hours worked in 2011 will apply toward this bonus) to all eligible field employees.
Reliability bonuses are available to field employees who work at least 1750 hours in a rolling 12-month period and who demonstrate reliability, safety, dependability and excellence throughout the year. Field employees meeting these requirements may be eligible for a reliability bonus once every year. Bonus amounts are between 1-2% of your gross wages.
Referral Bonus
Referral bonuses are available to current field employees who refer qualified applicants to us. Once the person you referred works 80 hours you are eligible for a $45.00 referral bonus. There’s no limit on the number of people you can refer! Additional Client bonuses/incentives may be available as well.
Easy Access to Payroll Information
We’ve made it easy for you to access your paystubs 24/7 either via the internet or by phone using an IVR.
Banking Assistance
Field employees may qualify for a SunTrust at Work bank account just by working for EmployBridge!
