Career Opportunities

The accounting and finance field is steadily growing. Opportunities in these professions will always be available to those who manage their careers wisely. Whether a person strives to be the Accounts Payable Manager, Payroll Supervisor, or Controller plenty of opportunities exist in accounting.

Professional recognition through certification or licensure provides a distinct advantage in the job market. Certification often means at least 10-20% higher compensation than non-certified employees. Certification shows motivation and the ability and desire to further one’s professional career. Examples of various certifications are:

CPP - Certified Payroll Professional
APM - Accredited Accounts Payable Manager
APS – Accredited Accounts Payable Specialist
CPA – Certified Public Accountant
CIA - Certified Internal Auditor
CCE – Certified Credit Executive
CCCS – Certified Credit Collection Specialist

Paycard Information

At Personnel One, we pay our temporary employees each week through a ComData Paycard. This paycard, branded with the MasterCard logo, acts as a debit or credit card and can be used at thousands of ATMs, retailers, or banks throughout the country.

Withdrawing the money directly from the card at a 24/7 ATM or with a bank teller adds convenience and allows our employees to be free of check cashing fees. Our employees may also choose to have their pay direct deposited from the card to their bank account.
