Associate Referral Bonus

Resource Accounting has a referral bonus program which rewards our associates and candidates for referring accounting and finance professionals to us who are active in the job market. This enables you to participate in the process of helping people find jobs and enhance their careers. Each time you refer someone to us your name is entered for a quarterly drawing for $250.00.

Career Opportunities

The accounting and finance field is steadily growing. Opportunities in these professions will always be available to those who manage their careers wisely. Whether a person strives to be the Accounts Payable Manager, Payroll Supervisor, or Controller plenty of opportunities exist in accounting.

Professional recognition through certification or licensure provides a distinct advantage in the job market. Certification often means at least 10-20% higher compensation than non-certified employees. Certification shows motivation and the ability and desire to further one’s professional career. Examples of various certifications are:

CPP - Certified Payroll Professional
APM - Accredited Accounts Payable Manager
APS – Accredited Accounts Payable Specialist
CPA – Certified Public Accountant
CIA - Certified Internal Auditor
CCE – Certified Credit Executive
